Fedrigoni is a premium paper and packaging manufacturer. This project was created for a YCN student brief at the University of South Wales — the task was to produce a short advert capturing Fedrigoni's new environmentally friendly paper range.

I directed, designed and animated the piece myself. The paper environments were hand-cut, then scanned and layered in After Effects to create a textured, tactile world. I filmed the main character with an actor on a green screen, then composited the live action footage into the paper environments to bring the two worlds together.

The result was a short film that felt true to the material — handcrafted, considered and rooted in the physicality of paper itself.
